Presque Isle Downs Racing Digital Link is licensed by the State of West Virginia to accept wagers on racing from patrons that are onsite. This application enables patrons who have registered and been authenticated On-track to access our wagering system in accord with the rules and regulations of Presque Isle Downs Racing & the State of West Virginia. Presque Isle Downs Racing Digital Link collects the location information of the patron while using the application and our advanced geo-fencing features to permit the access to the app only in legally permissible locations in the state of West Virginia.
